Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: New Delhi
You will be received at the airport by our representative and escorted to
the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Indore
Arrival at the Airport to board the flight for Indore. On arrival at Indore
airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your
hotel. After a brief break, move out for the sight seeing tour of this
historic city.
Day 03: Indore-Omkareshwar-Mandu
Drive to Mandu. En route, visit Omkareshwar. This holy island is shaped
like the sacred Hindu symbol "OM". Here, the Narmada and the
Kaveri rivers meet and the pilgrims gather at the confluence in large
numbers to pay obeisance before the Joytirlanga. On arrival at Mandu,
check-in to your hotel.
Day 04: Mandu
Morning will be for leisure in the rejuvenating environment of this lost
city. In the latter half, we proceed for sightseeing of this celebration in
stone of life & joy where the monuments are still singing the glory of
this beautiful land. Sightseeing includes a visit to Hindola Mahal or the
Swinging Palace, Baz Bahadur Palace, Hoshang Shah’s Tomb, Roopmati’s
Pavilion, Jami Mashid, Asharfi Mahal, and Jahaze Mahal.
Day 05: Mandu-Ujjain-Bhopal
Drive to Bhopal and en route visit Ujjain. At Ujjain, visit the
historical sacred temples and experience the spiritual essence of this
place. Also, enjoy the awesome spectacle rituals at the holy river Shipra.
After checking-in at the hotel at Bhopal, proceed to witness the fascinating
amalgam of scenic beauty, historicity and modern urban planning of the
historic city of Bhopal.
Day 06: Bhopal-Sanchi-Bhopal
Morning will be for leisure. Move out for an excursion trip to Sanchi and
witness the masterpieces of Buddhist Art, which speaks of the story of
Emperor Ashoka’s becoming follower of Buddhism. Overnight stay at
Bhopal.
Day 07: Bhopal-Bimbetka-Bhojpur-Bhopal
Morning at leisure. Move out for an excursion trip to the carved dream of
King Bhoj at Bhojpur and also, see the homes (caves) of the prehistoric cave
dwellers at Bhimbetkar. Overnight stay at Bhopal
Day 08: Bhopal-Jabalpur
Morning at leisure. Move out for the full day sight seeing of this
beautiful city. In the evening, you will be transferred to the railway
station to board the train for Jabalpur. On arrival at Jabalpur, you will be
received and escorted to your hotel.
Day 09: Kanha National Park
In the morning, proceed for an excursion to Bedhaghat and enjoy romantic
boat ride in the moon light over the river Narbada. Later, drive straight to
Kanha national Park and check-in at the Jungle Resort. Proceed for the
Jungle Gypsy safari in the national Park. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 10: Kanha park National Park
Early in the morning, move out deep inside the park on the elephant’s
back and spot the tiger. After lunch, set out once again for the jungle
safari. Enjoy the tribal folk dances around the bonfire in the evening.
Day 11: Khajuraho
After the morning jungle gypsy safari, drive to Khajuraho and on arrival,
check-in your hotel
Day 12: Khajuraho
Move out for the full day sightseeing of this historical place and see the
temples of Khajuraho, known for their exquisite rather sensuous depiction of
art .
Day 13: New Delhi
Morning at leisure. Later, you will be escorted to airport to board the
flight for New Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, you will be received and
transferred to the hotel.
Day 14: Departure
Go for a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi which includes visit to
Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s tomb, Kutub Minar, Raj Ghat,
India Gate and the President’s House.
Evening will be free to shop around the illuminated streets of Connaught
Place. At an appropriate time, you will be escorted to the International
Airport to board the flight for your onward journey.
